Joe's Dad came up for a quick weekend visit, back in September.
It was a pretty low key visit, and very enjoyable.
Dad W. and Judy got to see the house for the first time.
They brought up a whole truckload of Joe's treasures.
The boxes sat in the garage for a solid 3 weeks before I could convince Joe to go through them and find homes for the new treasures. Once he finally decided to go through the boxes he had a great time telling me stories about all of the fun things.
Boy was I glad to have all of the boxes out of the garage.
While they were here we took a quick day trip out to Independence Rock. The weather was fantastic so there were several other groups of people out enjoying the scenery. We were lucky and one of them was nice enough to take our picture.
